Conference Terms & Conditions

  1. By entering this space, you consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded. Portions of Indie Week may be filmed and distributed across A2IM and and the Foundation for Independent Music’s media platforms and social media accounts, and distributed by A2IM and the Foundation for Independent Music in perpetuity.
  2. You can make reasonable video or audio recordings and take photographs at the event, for your own personal use. You may not use for commercial purposes or distribute recordings of the event without the prior written consent of A2IM and the Foundation for Independent Music.
  3. No outside food or beverage is permitted in this space. This includes coffees, teas, snack bars, and other items that may have been purchased in other areas of the hotel. (This is an InterContinental TimesSquare rule.)
  4. Event participants are expected to be honest, transparent, and respectful with one another in their interactions with other participants with regard to the participant’s name, title, company affiliation, and business intention during the event and in networking opportunities throughout the event.
  5. All Indie Week participants are expected to behave in a conscientious and professional manner, at all times in accordance with any and all applicable laws and regulations governing workplace behavior, and any and all policies or rules of the Intercontinental Hotel. Harassment will not be tolerated in any form, including but not limited to harassment based on gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion or any other status.
  6. Individual registrations cannot be resold or shared among multiple attendees. Reselling or sharing of registration credentials will result in revocation of credentials without refund.
  7. Materials distributed may not be redistributed by attendees without prior written permission.
  8. A2IM and the Foundation for Independent Music are not responsible or liable for any views or content given at any event by speakers or panelists.
  9. A2IM and the Foundation for Independent Music are not responsible or liable for any loss of profit or business resulting from the exercise or enforcement of this code of conduct.
